Mentorship Program: 10 sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Session 1 – Discuss & Assess Previous Spiritual Experiences
- Welcome and program overview.
- Open conversation about the individual’s past spiritual experiences.
- Explore personal history, beliefs, and any significant events shaping current spiritual perspective.
Session 2 – Outline Goal or Objective for Completion of Program
- Identify and clarify the individual’s desired outcomes.
- Define a measurable and meaningful objective for the 10-session program.
- Align personal intentions with program structure.
Session 3 – Explore Significance of Past Spiritual Experiences
- Revisit and deepen the discussion of previous experiences.
- Identify patterns, lessons, and transformative moments.
- Relate these experiences to the individual’s spiritual instrument (gifts, intuition, mediumship, healing, and connection methods).
Session 4 – Assignments for Continued Growth
- Share tailored materials to enhance spiritual understanding.
- Discuss key takeaways from tailored assignments and how they apply personally.
Session 5 – Meditation Practices for Deepening Connection
- Explore various meditation methods (guided, single-pointed focused, silent, mantra, breathwork, visualization).
- Discuss the role of meditation in strengthening the connection to the “inner spiritual voice.”
- Discuss a meditation practice suited to the individual’s preference and growth path.
Session 6 – Midpoint Assessment & Adjustments
- Review progress toward the original objective.
- Identify strengths and areas for deeper focus.
- Outline steps needed to ensure successful completion of the program goal.
Session 7 – Practice Recommendations
- Provide customized practice suggestions (meditation, prayer, gratitude work, journaling, energy clearing, etc.).
- Discuss how to incorporate these into daily life for sustained spiritual growth.
- Emphasize consistency and intention in practice.
Session 8 – Address Questions, Concerns, and Challenges
- Create space to discuss any struggles or blocks arising during the journey.
- Offer solutions, reframing, or alternative approaches to keep momentum.
- Encourage self-compassion and patience in the growth process.
Session 9 – Review & Reframe Spiritual Perspective
- Invite the individual to articulate their revised understanding of their spiritual past, present, and future possibilities.
- Highlight expanded awareness, shifts in beliefs, and new spiritual tools gained.
Session 10 – Final Assessment & Future Path
- Evaluate whether the original program objective was met.
- Celebrate progress and achievements.
- Discuss a continued practice plan and recommendations for ongoing development.
- Conclude the program with a blessing and an affirmation.
